With over 25 years experience as a professional DJ, Dean is definitely one of those DJ’s who can say “Been There, Seen That & Bought the T-Shirt”.

Dean’s career started way back in the early ‘80’s when he was dj-ing in the local nightclubs, but thankfully to him, his big break came when he was asked to play at “The Breakfast Club” underneath London’s Famous Astoria which started at 6am every Sunday Morning.

This was right at the beginning of the now infamous “Rave Scene”, he quickly secured at weekly residency play U.S. House Music. It wasn’t long before other Promoters began to listen to his style, and tune selection thus giving him more work offers and bigger residencies, RainDance, Orange, World Dance, AWOL, Innerscence @ The Lazerdrome, London’s Hippodrome, The Rocket and The Paradise Club to name but a few….

Then as time moved on so did the music and the dance scene, Garage Music was breaking thro, & Dean was defiantly one of the pioneer’s of this scene, teaming up with promoters “Happy Days” he was a resident dj with them for over 5 years, playing weekly at London’s Gass Club every Saturday as well as weekly events at The Elephant & Castle, The Arches on Southwark Street. Guest slots at other London venues included Legends, The Park in Kensington, The Wag Club.

Also during this time Dean was managed by Icon Artist’s and Jodie was soon sending him abroad Ibiza, Cyprus, Jordan, Denmark, Norway, Dubai & Egypt, Dean’s dj-ing adventures to Asia include India, Mauritius Sri Lanka & Hong Kong.

Festival’s were moving forward as well, and Dean was certainly a part of them, playing an 18 hour set at Tribal Gathering, and also playing at most of the other festivals Gods Kitchen, Gatecrasher Slinky and V Festival…..

Deans other residency’s were Freedom @ Bagley’s an 8 hour set every Saturday for 5 years, Ministry of Sound for various promoters, not forgetting the launch of his own promotion “The Underground Connection” hosting parties at various venues around the UK including its home which was “The Berwick Manor” in Essex…. Dean’s previous radio experience include guest slot’s on London’s Kiss 100FM, Girls FM, Centre Force & Passion FM.

Dean has been coming to Thailand now for 10 years playing at the infamous Full Moon parties and “The Lake” in Chewang, he lives on the paradise island of Ko Samui and has played at all of the venues here as well as other parts of Thailand including Bangkok, Phuket, Ko Toa & Krabi.
